陕西省水资源可持续利用评价

摘要:

为改善水资源可持续利用现状,从水资源系统、社会经济系统、人口系统、生态环境系统四个方面考虑,建立了水资源可持续利用评价指标体系。基于均方差决策法构建了水资源可持续利用评价模型,并对2003-2012年陕西省水资源可持续利用进行评价。结果表明：(1)2003-2012陕西省水资源可持续利用度大体上处于上升趋势。(2)陕西省水资源复合系统可持续利用状态对社会经济子系统依赖程度较高。(3)制约陕西省未来水资源可持续利用的主要因素在于陕西省水资源与人口系统的不协调发展,应引起相关部门的高度重视。

Abstract:

In order to improve the sustainable utilization situation of water resources, the evaluation index system for water resources sustainable utilization is established from water resources systems, social and economic systems, demographic, ecological environmental system considered in four areas. Based on MSE decision method , evaluation mode of water resources sustainable utilization is constructed. Water resources sustainable utilization is evaluated from 2003 to 2012 in Shanxi Province. It proves that: (1) The sustainable utilization of water resources in Shaanxi Province in general has been on an upward trend from 2003 to 2012. (2) Water resources system of Shaanxi Province is highly depended on the sustainable utilization of water resources socio-economic subsystem. (3) The main factors of restricting the future development in Shaanxi Province is the uncoordinated development between water resources and population, the relevant departments should be paid close attention.
