摘要:

网络化制造在信息技术高速发展的驱动下已逐渐显示出许多新的研究热点和发展趋势。回顾近年来网络化制造的研究发展,分析了现有研究理论并对未来研究趋势做了展望。采用文献研究方法,总结并提出了网络化制造的相关定义及网络化制造系统的基本框架,并对网络化制造的类型和研究现状进行了划分,着重从模式转化、技术创新、社区价值、大数据时代四个方面对网络化制造的未来发展趋势进行了分析和展望,并指出挖掘客户需求将是网络化制造模式升级的关键。

Abstract:

Networked manufacturing has been showing a new hotspot and trend which is driven by the rapid development of information technology. This paper has reviewed the development of networked manufacturing, analyzed the present research and proposed the research direction for the future. By adopting the literature study method, this paper proposes the definition of networked manufacturing and the frame of networked manufacturing system based on the current literatures, and then it divides the type and the present research of networked manufacturing. It focuses on mode transformation, technology innovation, community value and big data era to discuss the future trend of networked manufacturing.
