我国省域低碳乡村发展水平实证研究

摘要:

乡村低碳发展是顺应世界低碳趋势、符合我国国情的现实选择。鉴于国内对低碳发展研究呈现“重城轻乡”的现状,笔者界定了低碳乡村的内涵与影响因素,并从能源结构、生产结构、空间布局、环境整治四个方面构建低碳乡村评价体系,以我国30个省域单元为样本做实证分析,描述省域低碳乡村发展水平差异及空间格局,揭示省域间低碳乡村发展水平差异的主导因素及各子系统空间分异,为统筹省域间低碳乡村协调发展提供政策依据。

Abstract:

Rural low carbon development is a realistic choice to conform to the world trend of low carbon, conforms to our country national condition. In view of the domestic present situation of "heavily City Light township" Research on low carbon development factors, the author defines the connotation of low carbon rural and influence, and from the energy structure, production structure, spatial layout, environmental remediation of building a low carbon rural evaluation system four aspects, with our country 30 provinces as samples to do a single element the empirical analysis, describe the differences in provincial low carbon rural development level and spatial pattern, reveals the dominant factors of low carbon rural development level difference between the provincial and sub system spatial differentiation, provide the policy basis for the planning of inter provincial rural development low carbon.
