长三角从承接制造业向新兴产业转型的变迁动力、机会与路径研究

Research on Transformation of Transition Power, Opportunities and Paths from Undertaking Manufacturing to Emerging Industries of Yangtze River Delta

摘要:

长三角地区凭借资源和政策优势承接FDI获得了比较优势,实现了工艺升级和产品升级,但却无法实现功能升级,且陷入跨国企业的低端锁定状态。鉴于此,长三角地区应有序地从制造业承接转向新兴产业的集聚,以实现区域可持续发展。本研究以昆山市为例,探讨了长三角地区新兴产业与传统产业的发展阶段与特征,分析了长三角从制造业承接向新兴产业转型的变迁动力与变迁机会,并提出了长三角从承接制造业向新兴产业转型的变迁路径,诸如高新技术化路径、新兴产业配套路径、有序退出淘汰路径、科教资源产业化路径。

Abstract:

By virtue of comparative advantages of resources and policy of taking FDI,Yangtze River DeltaShas achieved the ugrade of techniques and products. However, it couldn’t complete the function upgrade, and now fall into thepredicament of low-end locking made by the multinational enterprises.SOn account of aboveSsituation,SYangtze River DeltaSshould transform from undertaking manufacturing toSaccumulatingSemerging industriesSso as to realize regionally sustainable development. This study takes Kunshan as a case, and discusses the development stages and characteristics of emerging industries and traditional industries inSYangtze River Delta.SBased on analysis of transition power and opportunities, we put forward transformation paths from undertaking manufacturing to emerging industries of Yangtze River Delta, such as high-tech converting path, supporting facilities of emerging industries path, ordinal withdrawal paths and industrialized science and education path.
