建筑企业决策者是否采纳精益建设技术会受到众多因素的影响,是一个非常复杂的过程。本文在元分析方法(Meta-Analysis)得到的建筑企业采纳精益建设技术影响因素基础上,构建了建筑企业精益建设技术采纳决策指标体系,建立了精益建设技术采纳决策模型,并应用支持向量机算法(SVM)对样本数据进行训练、仿真模拟。研究结果表明,元分析方法能够科学、全面地筛选出采纳精益建设技术影响因素,而基于支持向量机算法的企业精益建设技术采纳决策模型,预测精度较高,可为潜在采纳企业提供有价值的理论参考,对组织提高建设项目管理水平,提高生产效果具有重要的现实意义。

Whether Construction companies’ decision makers will adopt lean construction techniques can usually be affected by many factors, and will be a very complex process. In this paper, a index system of lean construction technology adoption decisions has been built on the basis of the factors affecting the adoption of lean construction techniques by means of Meta-Analysis, meanwhile a decision-making model of lean construction techniques adoption has been established, and support vector machine algorithm (SVM) has also been used for training and simulation of the sample data. The results show that the use of Meta-Analysis method can scientifically and comprehensively screened the factors affecting the adoption of lean construction technique, and the application of lean construction techniques adoption decision-making model based on support vector machine algorithm can predict with high accuracy, and can provide valuable theoretical reference for the adoption of potential enterprises. This method can, to a great extent, help organization improve construction project management level and increase their production efficiency.
