FMCG供应链风险综合评价研究——以中国乳制品供应链为例

Comprehensive Evaluation of FMCG Supply Chain Risk– A Case Study of Chinese dairy industry supply chain

摘要:

正如供应链管理专家Christopher所言21世纪是供应链的时代。快速消费品(FMCG)企业如何在这供应链管理的时代对供应链风险进行管控将是一项富有挑战性的任务。本文从供应链风险管理的基本理论出发,在前人研究的基础之上对FMCG供应链的风险进行分析,提出了适用于FMCG供应链的风险评估指标,并采用模糊综合评价分析法对中国乳制品供应链的风险情况进行了综合分析。根据分析的结果,FMCG供应链应当加强供应链渠道建设、流程管理和风险预警机制等方面的措施以提高供应链系统抵抗风险的“免疫力”。

Abstract:

As the supply chain management expert Christopher said the 21st century is the era of supply chain management. How to make supply chain risks management efficiently and make the risks under certain level of control will definitely be a challenging task for most of enterprises, especially for those traditional industries like FMCG. The purpose of this article is to analyze the supply chain risk factors and risk level of FMCG industry by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. After the analysis we think that FMCG enterprises should strengthen the control of their supply chain channels, optimize the business process, improve risk warning mechanism and take some other measures to improve their supply chain system’s Immunity to resist uncertain risks from outside world and inner circumstances.
