[摘要]
梳理了江苏省高校近年来在引进海外高层次人才工作取得的成绩,并调研了27位高层次海外高层次人才,指出江苏省高校在高层次人才引进后的科研平台建设、绩效考核、团队建设等方面还存在着不足之处,并对提升管理理念、完善人才规划、灵活引进方式、创新考核制度、建立交流平台、做好管理服务、提高管理能力等提出了切实的改善建议和意见。

In recent years, universities in Jiangsu Province have achieved good results in recruiting overseas high-level talents. Through individual interviews and questionnaire survey, it is found that there still exist some problems such as research platform construction, performance appraisal and team building after recruitment. Then, some practical suggestions are put forward such as changing management concepts, improving talent planning, extending flexible way to recruitment, constructing evaluation system, establishing communication platform, supplying good services and improve management capabilities.
