辽宁省产学研合作综合绩效实证分析

The Empirical Analysis of the Comprehensive Performance of Industry-Academy-Research Cooperation in Liaoning Province

摘要:

通过选择反映辽宁省产学研合作发展水平的3层22个指标,构建了“辽宁省产学研合作综合绩效评价指标体系”；并基于熵值法和德尔菲法,对2008年、2011年辽宁省产学研合作发展水平进行评价。在对评价结果进行分析的基础上,指出辽宁省产学研合作发展过程中存在基础投入规模不足、企业科技机构建设不足等问题。最后基于实证分析结果,为辽宁省今后产学研合作的推进和发展提出了针对性建议。

Abstract:

Reflection of the level of industry-academy-research cooperation in the development of Liaoning Province, the 3 layer 22 index by selecting , constructs" the comprehensive performance of industry-academy-research cooperation evaluation index system of Liaoning province"; and based on the entropy method and the Delphi method, evaluation of the level of Liaoning province in 2011 and 2008, cooperative development. On the basis of analyzing the results of the evaluation, it is pointed out that there are underlying the scale of inputs, lack of enterprise technology institution-building in Liaoning Province industry-academy-research cooperative development process. Finally, based on the empirical results, gives out some promote development and puts forward suggestions of industry-academy-research cooperation of Liaoning Province in the future.
