基于ANP-TOPSIS的企业战略SWOT决策方法研究

A SWOT Analysis Method for Strategy Decision of Enterprise Based on ANP and TOPSIS

摘要:

针对SWOT因素关联量化优先级以及最优战略方案排序问题,提出了基于ANP-TOPSIS的企业战略SWOT决策方法。该方法在企业战略SWOT定性分析的基础上应用ANP方法分析SWOT因素之间的潜在相互关联关系,以及通过量化确定各因素和子因素指标的优先权重值；并利用TOPSIS方法来确定各策略方案的最优排序。最后以某物流企业制定战略为例,验证了该方法的科学性和有效性。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problems of the associated quantitative priority of the SWOT factors and the optimal ranking of the strategies in the enterprise strategic decision, the method of SWOT analysis based on ANP-TOPSIS was presented. The ANP method was applied in this study because of its capability to model potential dependencies among the SWOT factors and to determine priorities of SWOT groups and sub-factors within each group. The TOPSIS method can be utilized to determine the appropriated strategy. Finally, a practical case for Logistics Company to develop strategy was studied to validate the proposed approach.
