嵌入程度、知识转移与代工企业升级

Embeddedness, Knowledge Transfer and OEMs Upgrading

学者已经对代工企业嵌入全球价值链实现升级进行了较为充分的探讨,但目前缺乏价值链嵌入程度的研究。文章区分了经济性嵌入和社会性嵌入两个概念,并提出了六个有待于检验的命题：经济性嵌入程度与显性知识转移绩效呈正相关、经济性嵌入程度与隐性知识转移绩效呈倒U型关系、社会性嵌入程度与显性知识转移绩效呈倒U型关系、社会性嵌入程度与隐性知识转移绩效呈正相关、显性知识对于加强代工企业代工能力有正向作用、隐性知识对于促进代工企业的升级有正向作用,并在此基础上提出理论框架。

Abstract:

Scholars have discussed fully for the OEMs upgrading by embedding in global value chain, but it is lack of research on value chain embedding degree. Two concepts of the economic embeddedness and social embeddedness are distinguished, and six propositions are proposed: the economic embeddedness and explicit knowledge transfer performance are positively correlated, economic embeddedness and the performance of tacit knowledge transfer are inverse U shape relationship, social embeddedness and explicit knowledge transfer performance are inverted U shape relationship, social embeddedness and tacit knowledge transfer performance are positively related, explicit knowledge strengthen the ability of OEMs,and the last,tacit knowledge transfer has a positive role in promoting OEMs to upgrade.Finally, a theoretical framework is proposed in this paper.
