基于共词分析与高频被引文献的关系治理文献研究

A Literature Review of Research on relational Governance at Home and Abroad: A Perspective from the Combined Co-word Analysis with Literature Analysis

为全面展现关系治理研究的现状并展望未来研究趋势,对151篇外文文献及153篇中文文献进行共词分析,通过多元统计和社会网络分析可视化地呈现关系治理的整体研究结构,并解读其中的高频被引文献以深入分析既有研究成果。结果显示,关系治理研究呈现出研究领域分散、研究主题突出的特点。关系治理基本维度的划分、关系治理的功效、关系治理与契约治理的关系辨析成为国内外共同的重要研究主题；公共治理、家族企业领域的关系治理研究是国内所特有研究聚焦点；整体而言,国内研究落后于国际。构建关系治理的元分析框架、进一步剖析其本质、拓展新兴研究领域的研究以及深化横向的研究维度是未来关系治理的发展趋势。

Abstract:

In order to explore the research status and development trend of relational governance, 151 foreign literatures and 153 Chinese literatures as a sample was reviewed. The overall structure of the existing research was presented with the method of co-word analysis, through the way of multivariate statistical analysis and social network analysis. Then chooses the top times citation literatures to obtain a deep understanding by using literature analysis. The results show that the relational governance is in the stage of development, showing dispersed in research areas and prominent in research subject. The common important research topic of home and foreign included division of the basic dimensions of the relational governance, the effectiveness of relational governance and the relationship between relational and contractual governance; the research in the field of public governance and family business governance was specific to home. In sum, domestic research lagging behind the international research. Building a meta-analysis framework of the relational governance, strengthening the understanding of the nature of relational governance, expanding the study of the emerging field, as well as deepening the horizontal dimension of the research were the development trend of the future relational governance.
