Rational Analysis of Intellectual Property Right Pledge within Agricultural Science and Technology Enterprises

摘要:

农业科技企业融资难是阻碍其发展的主要原因, 知识产权质押融资是解决农业科技企业融资难的一条重要途径。本文从知识产权质押风险的角度切入,针对农业科技企业知识产权质押风险的分析,并辅以案例说明,提出了知识产权质押融资的路径,并从各方参与者的角度对如何减小融资过程中的风险提出对策和建议。

Abstract:

Intellectual property rights pledge is an important path to solve to solve the challenges facing in front of agricultural science and technological corporations because of their low financing capability. To solve the challenges face in front of agricultural science and technology corporations because of their low financing capability. This article critically analyzes the current situation and risks of intellectual property right pledge within agricultural science and technological enterprises. Furthermore, suggestions will be recommended to related enterprises for their improvements of intellectual property right pledge.
