梳理了近年乳品供应链效率测度问题的相关文献,包括国内外关于乳品供应链的研究现状和重点剖析的供应链效率问题研究前沿。分析表明,对于乳品供应链,安全和效率是其关注的重点内容；对于供应链效率问题,核心为供应链绩效评价,通用理论研究与实证研究并举,其中考虑内部复杂结构的网络DEA模型及其衍生的供应链DEA模型是近年兴起的供应链效率研究的主要方法。描述了乳品供应链的复杂内部结构,根据供应链管理的多目标性提出,乳品供应链效率可从生产效率、经济效率、物流效率和质量安全效率等几个视角研究,关键问题是各类效率的投入、产出指标的确定和供应链多阶段DEA模型的耦合,难点在于质量安全效率及各类产出前沿面的表述。

The paper reviews recent literatures on the dairy supply chain efficiency measurement at home and abroad, which analyses the related papers for diary supply chain and emphasizes on the research on the frontier of the supply chain efficiency. It is showed that to diary supply chain, security and efficiency are the key concerned issues while to supply chain efficiency, focuses are the evaluation of supply chain performance including both general theory and empirical study. It should be concerned net DEA model considering the inner complex structure and supply chain DEA model deriving from the former one are the main study methods for supply chain efficiency measurement in recent years .The paper has a discussion on the internal complex structure of dairy supply chain is described carefully. On the basis of multi-objectives of the supply chain management, the efficiency of dairy supply chain can be analyzed on the aspects of production efficiency, economic efficiency, logistics efficiency and safety efficiency and so on. The crucial problems of measuring dairy supply chain efficiency are the determination of the input-output indicators of all efficiency and the integration of multi-stage supply chain DEA model, and the difficulties lie in researches on the quality security efficiency as well as statements of all outputs frontier.
