知识价值性、网络位置与网络权力的关系研究

Study on Relationship between Enterprise’s the Value of Knowledge, Network Position and Network Power

摘要:

基于资源依赖理论和社会网络学,构建知识价值性、网络位置与网络权力的关系模型。以西安市信息技术产业为研究对象,采用多元回归方法对知识价值性、网络位置与网络权力的关系实证研究。研究结果表明：知识关键性和知识不可替代性对网络权力具有显著正向影响,而知识中心性对网络权力的影响不显著；网络位置在知识关键性和不可替代性与网络权力之间具有正向调节作用,而网络位置在知识中心性和网络权力之间调节作用不显著。

Abstract:

On the basis of the resource dependence theory and social network theory, constructed the theoretical model of the relationship between innovation cooperation network enterprise’s the value of knowledge, network position and network power. Based on the data collected from xi’an information technology industry, using multiple regression method for the relationship between enterprise’s the value of knowledge, network position and network power to empirical research. The results showed that the knowledge criticality and the knowledge nonsubstitutability positively correlated with network power, but the knowledge centrality was not correlated with network power; Enterprise’s network position positively moderated the relationship between the knowledge criticality and network power; Enterprise’s network position positively moderated the relationship between the knowledge nonsubstitutability and network power; But enterprise’s network position did not moderated the relationship between the knowledge centrality and network power.
