生态资本是经济社会发展的主要投入要素之一,保护“生态红线”关键在于维持生态资本存量的安全边界,而生态资本投资则是增加生态资本的主要途径。文章主要分析了“四化两型”下区域生态资本投资机制创新的背景,从国内外两个方面追踪了生态资本投资的最新动态,并从理论上分析了“四化两型”与区域生态资本投资之间的关系,在此基础上阐述了区域生态资本投资机制存在的问题,进而提出区域生态资本投资机制优化策略。

Abstract:

Ecological Capital is one of the main elements of economic and social development investment.The key of protecting the “ecological red line”is to maintain the ecological capital stock of the security perimeter, and ecological capital investment is the main way to increase the ecological capital. The article analyzes the “Four- changed and Two-oriented” capital investment mechanism under the regional Eco-innovation in the background, from both home and abroad to track the latest developments in Eco-capital investment, and theoretical analysis of the “Four- changed and Two-oriented” regional ecology the relationship between capital investment, elaborated on the basis of regional ecological problems in capital investment mechanism, and thus capital investment mechanism proposed regional ecological optimization strategy.
