文章从公司战略与决策层的高度、企业内外环境全局的视角来考虑吸引人才问题。在企业组织吸引力及其相关因素研究的基础上,构建了一个组织吸引力风险管理框架。通过分析组织吸引力形成、作用及其风险管理过程,结合组织吸引力在工作场所健康评价及雇主品牌管理方面的具体应用,系统阐述了组织吸引力风险溯源、管理分工与认责问题,使组织吸引力管理真正结合企业整体工作环境、融入员工从业体验过程之中。

Considering the issue of talent attraction at the enterprise strategy and decision-making level with a holistic viewpoint involving the internal and external environment, the paper establishes an organizational attractiveness risk management framework by reference to the research on organizational attractiveness and relevant factors. Through the analysis on the formation and effect of organizational attractiveness, and its risk management, along with its application in the field of workplace health assessment and employer brand, the paper systematically elaborates on the tracing of the risk of organizational attractiveness, and its management division and responsibility cognizance, with the aim of actually integrating organizational attractiveness management into the enterprises’ overall work environment and employees’ working experience.
