Abstract:Using the Malmquist-Luenberger productivity index method, the paper analyses the growth and decomposition of agricultural total factor productivity in China under resource and environment from 2001 to 2012, and research the coordinated development among agriculture development, resources and the environment.. Results show that agricultural total factor productivity in China under resource and environment constraint growth trend, it is mainly driven by the technological progress. The agricultural total factor productivity in China under resource and environment of the eastern, central and western regions has reduced in turn; The eastern region agricultural innovators are the most outstanding, performance of the central and western regions is not ideal, and face the daunting task of agricultural development and resources, environment coordinated development.
