分区域视角下高技术产业创新效率动态变化的比较研究

Research on High-Tech Industry Innovation Efficiency under the perspective of regional

摘要:

通过利用DEA的Malmquist指数方法对长三角和珠三角地区2003~2012年高技术产业进行动态变化研究，并把全要素生产率增长分解为技术进步变化和技术效率变化两部分。结论表明：长三角和珠三角地区高技术产业创新效率整体呈现增长趋势，TFP增长主要来自于技术进步，并且发展不稳定；珠三角地区的全要素生产率明显高于长三角地区，两大区域的规模效率无明显增长，因此两大区域在提高技术的同时还需要实现资源的优化配置。

Abstract:

The paper conducts the research on the High-Tech industries innovation efficiency in Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta region from 2003 to 2012 based on the DEA-Malmquist model, and decomposes the TFP growth into two parts, which is technical change and technical efficiency change. Conclusions show that the High-Tech Industry Innovation Efficiency in Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta region is growing as a whole, and the TFP growth is mainly from technical progress, and presents an unstable trend; while total factor productivity in Pearl River Delta region is significantly higher than in Yangtze River Delta region, and scale efficiency is no significant growth in the two regions, thus the two regions should not only improve technology but also need to achieve optimal allocation of resources.
