日本对茶叶实施技术贸易壁垒对中国茶叶出口的影响

摘要:

日本是我国茶叶的传统进口国之一,我国和日本的茶叶贸易关系到两国的贸易发展,本文以中日茶叶贸易为研究对象,分析了日本对茶叶实施技术贸易壁垒对中国茶叶出口的影响,认为日本频繁提高茶叶进口标准,对茶叶实施技术贸易壁垒致使我国对日茶叶出口数量和金额上有着明显的下降以及茶叶出口价格上涨,也使得我国茶叶在日本茶叶进口比重中有所下降,可以通过认真实施茶叶农残留标准体系、提高中国茶叶的深加工能力、提高茶叶附加值,构建茶叶技术创新体系等措施来推动中国对包括日本在内的国家茶叶出口。

Abstract: Japan is one of the traditional importer of Chinese tea, Chinese and Japanese tea trade has relation to the development of trade between the two countries, taking the Sino Japanese tea trade as the research object, The paper analyzes the effect of implementation of Japanese tea technical trade barriers on China tea export, that Japan frequently raise the import standards of tea and implement technical trade barriers which making the quantity and amount decline and making prices rise about tea export from China to Japan, also making our country tea decreased in Japanese tea import proportion, can seriously implementing the agricultural residues in tea standard system, improving the processing ability, increasing additional value of tea, constructing tea technology innovation system to promote China tea export.
