本文从技术创新活动的投入与产出两个角度,基于中国工业细分行业2004-2011年的面板数据实证分析了我国自由贸易的技术创新效应。研究表明,自由贸易对我国工业行业的技术创新活动带来了正的影响,但这种影响效应表现出明显的行业异质性特征;自由贸易对技术创新的影响存在显著的阶段性差异,其对创新活动投入的影响远大于创新活动产出;自由贸易与研发投入与研发产出之间均呈现“倒U”型非线性关系,即随着自由贸易水平的提高,其对技术创新产出的影响有着先提高后降低的趋势,各细分行业也呈现出显著的异质门槛效应。

From the perspectives of R D input and output, based on the panel data of China Industrial Sub-sectors from the year 2004 to 2011, this paper carries out the empirical analysis towards technological innovation effect of China’s free trade. The research indicates that the free trade has the positive effect on the industrial technology innovation activity, while this influential effect is featured by heterogeneity; The phased difference exists at the free trade’s effect on technological innovation, and its effect on technological innovation’s input is much greater than that of technological innovation’s output; There is the inverted shaped non-linear relationship between free trade and R D’s input output, namely, with the improvement of free trade, its impact on technological innovation’s output trends to increase at first and decrease subsequently, besides, each subdivision industry also presents obvious heterogeneous threshold effect.
