本研究采用CV分析法,对中国科学院和中国工程院共41位少数民族院士的特征,包括民族及成长地域、家庭背景、教育经历、职业经历等进行了统计分析。少数民族院士分布呈现不均衡状态,成长环境具有关键影响;少数民族院士的家庭背景并不具有代际传递特征,政府公平的少数民族人才支持政策发挥重要作用;少数民族院士均拥有良好的高等教育经历,保障少数民族优秀学生优质高等教育入学机会平等对其发展意义重大;少数民族院士具有强烈的爱国奉献情怀,能够立足特色领域,形成科研核心竞争力,加强新时期少数民族科技人才培养,既要注重业务能力,更要培养立足民族区域需求,服务国家发展需要的精神。

This research used CV Analysis Methods to study the characteristics of 41 minority academician from CAS and CAE, in which including nationality, growth area, family background, educational experience, professional history. Minority academician distributed disproportionately, in which the growth environment plays a key role. minority academician family’s background has not intergenerational transmission characteristics, but government support policies play an important role in on minority talents development. Minority academician have a good educational background and the protecting of minority excellent students access to higher education equally is a great significance for its development. Minority academician have a strong feeling of patriotic devotion and form a core competitiveness of scientific research by basing on specific areas. To strengthen the training of scientific and technological talents, we should focus on training not only the operational capacity but also the spirit of serving national regional needs and national development.
