集成项目交付模式将项目各参与方集中在一个集成项目团队中，利用各方知识实现价值增值活动。知识共享对于集成项目团队成功实施具有重要作用，但是知识管理领域的研究不足以解决团队所面临的知识共享问题，因此从知识治理的角度对能够治理知识共享的机制进行探究。通过对知识共享和知识治理方面的文献进行综述，提出适合集成项目团队的知识共享治理机制，即基于网络、信任和文化、激励、决策权分配的机制，为集成项目团队的成功实施提供一定的参考意见。

Integrated Project Delivery incorporates key participants into an integrated project team to realize the added value by utilizing their various knowledge. Knowledge sharing is crucial to integrated project team, however the research in knowledge management area fails to address knowledge sharing dilemmas. Thus this study tries to fill the gap from the perspective of knowledge governance. Based on the literature review of knowledge sharing and knowledge governance, we provide mechanisms of web, trust and culture, motivation, and decision making to governance knowledge sharing within the integrated project team. Our finds add the research in knowledge governance and offers references for integrated project team to achieve goals.
