基于时序数据的钢铁行业循环经济发展水平分析

An Analysis on the Circular Economy Development of Iron and Steel Industry Based on Time Series Data

摘要:

以循环经济理论为基础，结合钢铁行业循环经济实践经验，提出了钢铁行业循环经济发展指数的概念（简称ISCEDI），构建了ISCEDI的指标体系，并采用层次分析与熵值法综合赋权的方法对指标进行了赋权。基于我国钢铁行业2001-2012年的时序数据，对其循环经济发展状况与趋势进行了纵向比较分析，验证了ISCEDI的适用性，结果表明，2001-2012年钢铁行业循环经济发展水平整体状况良好，发展能力与发展潜力都有较大提升空间。

Abstract:

Based on circular economy theory and practices in the iron and steel industry (ISI), a concept of Iron and Steel Industry Circular Economy Development Index (ISCEDI) is put forward, and an evaluation index system of ISCEDI is constructed. The index weight is determined with analytic hierarchy process and entropy method. A comparative analysis of the Chinese ISI circular economy development status and trend is carried out with 2001-2012 time series data. The applicability of ISCEDI is verified. The result shows that the Chinese ISI circular economy is in a good condition, and that capacity and potentiality have not been well optimized.
