基于分工理论的安全生产服务市场化的微观机理研究

Study of the Mechanism of Safety Producer Service Marketization Based on the Theory of Labor Division

【】 为探寻安全生产服务市场化的微观机理,以专业化分工理论为基础,构建内生专业化水平的企业职能分工模型。研究表明,在企业生产职能和安全生产服务职能实现专业化分工的模式下,即将安全生产服务职能外化至市场,企业只专于生产职能,生产效能和安全生产服务效能均有提高；安全生产服务的市场化专业供给模式能够更好地为企业的安全生产提供保障；安全生产服务由中介组织进行市场化供给是与企业的长期发展、国家经济体制的转型及政府职能的弱化相一致的。

Abstract:

An enterprise-function-division model which contains specialization level is built based on the theory of labor division to find out the marketization micro mechanism of the safety producer service. Results show that, under the division of the producing and safety producer service, which means the enterprise gets safety producer service through markets and only focuses on producing, the efficiency of producing and safety producer service provision is both improved; Provision of safety producer service through markets can better guarantee the producing safety in enterprise; Provision of safety producer service by intermediaries through markets coincides with the long-term development of the enterprise, the transformation of the economic system and the weakening of the government functions.
