The Historical Evolution of Engineering Managementin China

摘要:

我国工程管理伴随人类文明经历了漫长的发展历程。古代工程管理带有经验属性，将好的做法进行经验化进行推广应用；近代工程管理受西方建设生产方式影响，通过引进吸收、模仿探索，人们将其以工具的形态所掌握；新中国成立后，我国进行大量基础设施建设，探索具有中国特色的工程管理理论、方法与模式等，尤其21世纪以后，随着工程内涵的扩大、工程管理内容的扩充及相关理论方法的融合，工程管理进入了一个科学发展的阶段，呈现多元创新的趋势。

Abstract:

S: Engineering management in China with the human civilization has experienced a long course of development. As extensive experience in the ancient engineering management, many of good practices were summed up for popularization and application. Then, engineering management was influenced by the production mode of western in the modern times, which was gradually mastered as a tool through introduction, absorption, imitation and exploration. After the founding of New China, lots of infrastructures were constructed, and the theory, method and mode etc. with Chinese characteristic had been explored. Especially since 21 century, engineering management has entered into a phase of scientific development, showing the trend of multi-innovation with the expanding of the connotation of engineering, the expansion of the content of engineering management and the combination of theories and methods.
