随着技术的日渐成熟,云计算逐渐在各个领域得到应用。众多IT企业试图通过战略并购,完善自身的产业链、抢占市场、跨越行业壁垒,从而实现企业的扩张和转型。本文分析了云计算产业发展现状,通过在互联网搜索找到公开报道的2009年到2014年2月间149起国外云计算企业并购交易,分析了这些交易的特征、动因,提出了对我国的启示,希望能为我国云计算产业的发展提供理论和实践上的借鉴作用。

With the mature of technology, cloud computing has been applied gradually in various fields. Many IT companies attempt through strategic mergers and acquisitions to perfect its own industrial chain, occupy the market, and stride over industry barriers, then achieve company"s expansion and transformation. This article analyzes the present situation of the cloud computing industry development, then finds 149 openly reported cases of foreign cloud computing M As in from 2009 to 2014 February, analyzes the characteristics and motivations of theses cases, puts forward the enlightenment to our country. It is Hoped to provide theoretical and practical reference for the cloud computing industry development in China.
