物联网技术的飞速发展为提升高速公路网运行管理效率提供了全新的解决思路。首先针对重庆高速公路网发展概况与运行管理现状,综合分析了重庆高速公路网运行管理信息系统现状及在系统结构、信息共享、信息流转、联动管控中存在的问题,提出加强高速公路网运行管理信息化建设的必要性;然后,结合物联网技术发展的大环境,提出了基于物联网的高速公路网运行管理信息系统的建设目标和思路,重点分析了路网运行管理的六类十八项应急事件的联动管理功能需求和工作流程,据此设计了包括交通信息感知层、网络传输层和交通管理与服务应用层的重庆高速公路网运行管理信息平台物联网架构;最后,对保障重庆高速公路网运行管理信息平台有效运行的管理体系进行了研究。

The rapid development of Internet of Things technology provides a new solution for improving the efficiency of the highway operation management. Firstly, according to the overview of Chongqing highway development and operation management, this paper synthetically discusses operation management information system current situation and its problems of system architecture, information sharing, information flow, coordinated control, and proposes the necessity of highway operation management information technology. Secondly, combined with the development environment of Internet of Things technology, the system building goals and ideas based on Internet of Things technology are presented. After the discussion of the coordinated control functional requirement and workflow of the traffic incidents, a new Chongqing highway operation management information system services platform architecture is proposed. The proposed architecture has three layers: traffic information sensing layer, network transport layer and the application layer of traffic management and service. At last, the management systems in platform implementation are discussed.
