可持续城镇化与信息化协调发展研究*

Study of Coordinated Development of Sustainable Urbanization and Informatization

摘要:

城镇化、信息化和全球化成为现代社会的三大趋势,50%的世界人口居住在城市,消耗着全球75%的能源,因此可持续城镇化发展成为各国关注的课题。本文进行信息化与可持续城镇化协调发展,以及以信息化促进可持续城镇化发展的研究。首先研究了可持续城镇化的内涵与关键要素；接着从低碳排放、城镇合理布局和公共服务提升等方面研究利用信息化手段实现可持续城镇化的发展；最后探讨了信息化与城镇化的关系、信息化与可持续城镇生态系统弹性管理、信息化与城镇化协调发展下的公共服务,以及信息化与可持续城镇化协调发展的愿景——智慧城市。

Abstract:

There are three mega-trends that are marking our modern society, including globalization, informatization and urbanization. Sustainable urbanization has been becoming one of concerned issues all over the world because of half amount of people living in cities who consume 75% energy in the world. How to coordinate informatization and urbanization and promote urbanization level by information technology are discussed in this paper which includes three parts. First, content and key elements of sustainable urbanization are talked over. Then, sustainable urbanization development improved by information technology is researched in the field of low carbon emission, rational distribution cities, and public service improvement. At last, we explore the relationship between informatization and urbanization, resilience management of urban ecological system, public service and smart city in the situation of coordinated development between informatization and urbanization.
