基于专利计量视角比较中美石油企业技术差异

Comparison of Technological Difference of Oil Companies in China and America Based on Patent Analysis

专利信息是反映技术差异的重要标的,本文通过对中美5家石油企业在专利统计数据方面的对比,结合学科类别、德温特分类代码及手工代码共现分析,发现中国近几年专利数量虽然增长较快,内、外部联合申请率都较高,但被引情况差；所涉及的学科内容不够广泛,且专利的技术领域发展相对落后。最后,结合中美石油企业专利发展现状,为中国石油企业今后在专利技术领域的拓展、专利质量的提升等方面提出了相应的建议。

Abstract:

Patent information is an important mark of technical differences. This article compares the five oil companies in China and America from the perspective of patent statistical data, combined with the subject categories, Derwent classification code and manual code co-occurrence analysis, founding that although the number of patents is growing rapidly in China and internal and external combined application rate is higher, cited situation is worse. The subject matter involved is not widely, and the patent technology development is relatively backward. Finally, combined with the current situation of the patent development of oil companies in China and America, the paper gives some suggestions to the oil companies in China on the aspect of enhancing the patent technology and quality.
