Research Review of Energy Saving Transaction Mechanism

摘要:

节能量交易机制是二十一世纪以后兴起的一种市场化节能减排工具,国内外学术界对其进行了一系列的理论研究和实践探讨。本文从节能量交易机制的内涵、节能量交易机制作为节能减排政策工具的可行性和优越性、节能量交易的具体实践以及中国节能量交易机制设计与发展对策四个方面回顾了国内外相关研究,对节能量交易机制的研究现状作了综合的说明,并对将来的研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract:

Energy saving transaction mechanism is a market-oriented energy conservation and emission reduction tool which rose after 21st century. The domestic and foreign academic circles have conducted some theory research and practice study on this mechanism. This article reviews the related research at home and abroad, and focuses on connotation of energy saving transaction mechanism, why this mechanism can be used as a energy conservation and emission reduction tool, concrete practice of energy saving transaction as well as the design and development countermeasures of China’s energy saving transaction mechanism. The purpose of writing this article is stating research status of studies on energy saving transaction mechanism comprehensively and indicating the possible research orientations.
