科技小巨人企业影响因素及对策研究——以天津市为例

Research on Determinants and Countermeasures of Little Giant of Technology Enterprises Based on Tianjin

摘要:

近年来,天津市科技小巨人企业蓬勃发展,成为自主创新的生力军。本文在回顾文献的基础上,建立了科技小巨人企业影响因素的指标体系,研究表明“经济和市场环境”、“战略管理和企业家才能”、“技术创新和技术环境”、“融资环境”等是影响科技小巨人企业发展的主要因素,并总结出天津市科技小巨人企业发展中面临的主要问题,最后提出相应的对策建议。

Abstract:

s:In Recent Years, Little Giant of Technology Enterprises in Tianjin have developed vigorously and become main force of independent innovation.This study constructs index of factors influencing the development of Little Giant of Technology Enterprises.The results show that key factors contain economy and market environment,strategic management and entrepreneurship,technological innovation and technological environment,financing environment and so on.Then summarizes main problems of Little Giant Enterprises and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
