基于指数研究的城市文化与科技融合发展评价

文化与科技的互动是近代文明演进的主旋律,科技进步与创新是加快文化发展的强大动力,文化发展为科技发展建立了重要基础,两者相容相生,不断融合促进。加快文化与科技的融合,有利于增强文化的传播力、表现力、感染力,助力文化大发展大繁荣；有利于培育发展文化创意产业等新兴业态和新的经济增长点,推动产业结构优化和经济发展方式转变。论文从理论研究出发,结合杭州文化与科技融合发展实际,形成具有杭州特色的文化与科技融合发展评价指标体系。并在此基础上,通过收集和整理相关数据,统计测算杭州文化与科技融合发展指数,为杭州文化与科技融合发展及相关政策的制定提供客观依据,为国内同类城市提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:

The interaction of culture with Science and technology is the main rhythm of modern civilization. Development and innovation of technology is the powerful forcer to accelerate the development of culture, and the development of culture setup the important foundation for the development of technology, the two sides contain and generate each other, continuously mix together and improve each other. Accelerating the integration of the technology and culture, will help to strengthen the power of culture to spread, expression and infect, assist the great development and prosperous of the culture; help to cultivate and develop new industries and new economy developing point such as cultural creative industry, push forward the industrial structure optimization and transformation of economic development patterns. According to relative theories and the status of combination between culture and science and technology,takes Hangzhou for example, this paper establishes a composite indicators system with Hangzhou’s characteristics which is used to evaluate culture’s combination with science and technology. Through collecting and sorting statistic data, a composite index is calculated to reflect the level of combination between culture and science and technology in Hangzhou. This research will provide references to the development of culture in combination with science and technology and policy making of Hangzhou, and provide other cities reference for realization..
