光伏产业技术特征和政策研究: 一个文献综述( 2009-2013)

The Technology Characteristics and Policies of China's Photovoltaic Industry: A Literature Review(2009-2013)

摘要:

光伏产业具有技术更新快、资金投入大、市场变化快、产业风险大的特点,客观上对认知和把握产业发展规律存在一定的难度。本文采用“内容分析法”,对中国光伏产业技术特征和政策的研究进行相关综述与全面回顾。首先,梳理了光伏产业的定义；然后,从光伏产业技术特征、光伏产业政策角度对相关文献整理、归纳和总结；最后,总结并展望进一步研究的内容。

Abstract:

Photovoltaic industry has the characteristics of quick technology update, large capital investment, quick market change, and big industry risk, there has some difficulties to cognize and grasp its rule of development objectively. Based on the "content analysis", this paper makes a comprehensive review on technical features and policy research achievement of China’s PV industry. First of all, the definition of photovoltaic industry is carded; then, related literatures are analyzed and summarized from aspects of technology characteristics and industrial policies; Finally, further research contents are concluded and forecasted.
