2013年10月,韩国政府审议通过《ICT研发中长期战略(2013-2017)》,战略中阐述了在国内外环境变化的大趋势下韩国ICT发展遇到的新挑战,明确了本期ICT发展的总体目标和重点任务,提出了战略实施的保障体系。本文对战略提出的背景进行分析,对战略蓝图与目标、重点任务以及保障体系进行简要综述,并对韩国历届政府提出的ICT研发战略进行比较分析,期望对我国“十三五”时期信息通信技术领域的技术创新与产业发展规划有所启示。

The Korea government approved the ICT R D Medium and Long-term Strategy(2013-2017) in October 2013. After analyzing the new challenges in Information and Communications Technology area for Korea under the change of environment at home and abroad, the strategy defined the general objective and major tasks. And a promotion system is also developed for its successful implementation.
