材料占机械产品成本的较大比重,同时也是产生环境影响的主要根源。因此,本文将产品生命周期成本理论(LCC)与生态设计理念相结合,将材料作为输入变量,并行分析计量产品生命周期的成本和对环境造成的影响,采用AHP方法建立了对生命周期成本和环境影响的综合评价模型。最后,以小汽车车门材料选择为研究对象,对模型进行了算例验证,说明模型的决策过程。

Materials costs account for a large proportion of mechanical products costs, and materials are the main reason that leads to environmental impacts. Therefore, combining with the theory of the life cycle cost (LCC) and ecological design, materials are regarded as input variables, and product life cycle cost and environmental impact are analyzed. This paper uses AHP method to establish a comprehensive evaluation model of life cycle cost and environmental impacts. Finally, the automotive door is selected for the study, and the model is validated, which can explain the decision-making process.
