评价知识型人才不确定性对企业知识型人才管理实践迫切要求。通过构建知识型人才不确定性评价指标体系,提出一种知识型人才不确定性模糊综合评价方法,根据评价结果划定不确定性等级和相应管理策略,并通过一个实例验证了该评价方法的有效性。

Evaluating knowledge talents uncertainty is an urgent request for the practice of enterprise knowledge talents management. By constructing evaluation index system of knowledge talents uncertainty, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is put forward. According to the evaluation results delineate the uncertainty level and corresponding management strategy. Then an example is given to verify the validity of the method.
