    摘要:

    我国粮食生产技术效率的地区间差异显著,呈现东北、华北、华南及长江中下游地区较高,而西北、西南及南部地区较低的分布态势。本文选取全国30个省份2001-2011年的粮食生产与农业部门资本投入的面板数据,研究我国粮食生产技术效率与农业部门资本投入的空间区位异质性、外溢性和扩散程度。研究结果表明,我国粮食技术效率具有明显的空间集聚,并且资本投入对技术效率的空间扩散影响显著,随着资本、技术的外溢性等影响,粮食产业发展的不平衡问题将日益突出。针对该问题要着力加强西北部、中部及西南部地区的农业资本投入,加快该类地区的农业技术发展速度。

    Abstract:

    The technical efficiency of China"s grain producing among regions was significantly different. The northeast, north, south and the Yangtze River regions were showing higher level, while the northwest, southwest and south were in lower level. This paper selected grain production and agriculture sector capital investment panel data from 30 provinces with the year of 2001 to 2011 to research the spatial location heterogeneity, the degree of spillover and diffusion level between technical efficiency of China"s grain production and the agricultural sector capital investment. The results showed that the technical efficiency of China"s grain has obvious spatial concentration; capital investment had significantly influence on technical efficiency space diffusion; with spillover of capital and technology, the imbalance in food industry will become increasingly serious. As to this issue, it should to focus on strengthen agricultural capital investment in northwest, central and southwestern regions to accelerate the pace of development of agricultural technology.#$NLKeywords: agricultural technical efficiency; technology diffusion; spatial correlation; panel data
