轻资产运营下科技型中小企业盈利模式的实证研究

摘要:

轻资产运营是近年来管理学界提出的一个新型的企业运营模式,而科技型中小企业普遍“轻资产,重无形”,因此该模式越来越受到青睐。在分析中小型企业科技成果产业化、金融支持和政府财税支持三者之间相互作用的基础上,运用协同学模型,得到三者在发展过程中是协同发展并且呈现出螺旋式上升趋势的结论。通过对A医疗器械有限公司轻资产盈利模式的实证分析,总结出科技型中小企业可以采取做“重”品牌、加强客户关系管理、提高科技实力和建设企业人才团队等措施来提高盈利。

Abstract:

Asset light pattern is a new concept proposed by the academia.Considering the “asset light” character of the science and technology SME,it is widely popular.Based on the analysis of the interactions among the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements,financing supports and governmental financial and tax supports,we find that the three develop synchronously by the synergetic model.Furthermore,we study A medical device corporation as a successful instance and suggest that the science and technology SME should pay more attention
