基于CWAA算子的战略新兴产业集群核心竞争力评价

摘要:

本文主要构建了一套基于CWAA算子的战略性新兴产业集群核心竞争力评价体系；通过文献调查法和统计分析法,本文首先构建了战略性新兴产业集群核心竞争力评价指标体系组成为产业集群经营规模、组织管理能力、集群成长能力、技术创新能力、知识管理能力、集群协同水平；接着提出利用OWA算子对多种赋权法进行加权组合得到评价指标的组合权重；最后基于CWAA算子给出一种战略性新兴产业集群竞争力群决策方法；最后通过实证分析本文所给方法的可行性和合理性。

Abstract:

this paper build strategic emerging industry cluster core competence evaluation system based on CWAA operator. Through the literature survey method and statistical analysis method, this paper first constructs the core competitiveness evaluation index system of Industrial cluster scale、ability to organize and manage、、Cluster growth ability technological innovative ability knowledge management capability 、Cluster level together；Then put forward many kinds of method to make use of, OWA operator weighted portfolio is the combination of evaluation index weight; Finally given a strategic emerging industry cluster based on CWAA operator competition in decision-making method；At last, through the empirical analysis of feasibility and rationality of the method given in this paper
