复杂产品系统的特殊性决定了其创新过程必须将部分模块外包,因此选择合适的供应商显得尤为重要。本文在总结归纳现有供应商选择指标体系研究结论的基础上,结合复杂产品系统的特点,建立由产品竞争力、合作双方兼容性、技术水平、供应商竞争力的4个二级指标、15个三级指标组成的复杂产品系统供应商选择指标体系。在此基础上,以条件熵计算得出各项选择指标的权重,采用Borda选择法找出整体最优的供应商,最后通过算例验证整个选择指标体系的可操作性。

Due to the particularity of a complex products and system (CoPS), modular outsourcing plays a crucial role in the development of the CoPS. So it is essential to choose the right supplier. Base on the theory of supplier selection, the supplier selection and evaluation index system is put forward, comprised of 15 secondary indicators and 4 primary indicators including product competitiveness, compatibility to cooperate between the two parties, technical level and supplier competitiveness. Then figure out the weights of indicators with fuzzy entropy, and rank the levels of supplier with borda-choice. At last, the validity of the system is confirmed by an example.
