团队创造力是组织获得持续性竞争优势的重要途径,如何提升团队创造力已成为理论界与实践界所关注的热点。已有研究证实,团队创造力与领导行为密切相关。为进一步厘清领导行为对团队创造力的影响作用,以及比较分析不同领导行为对团队创造力的预测效果,本研究采用问卷调查方式,对收集到的125个团队数据进行层次回归分析。结果表明,交易型领导、变革型领导和共享式领导行为对团队创造力均有显著的正向影响。通过比较分析发现,变革型领导行为对团队创造力的预测效果高于交易型领导;共享式领导行为对团队创造力的预测效果高于交易型领导和变革型领导。

Team Creativity is an important way to achieve sustained competitive advantage for companies, and how to enhance team creativity has become the focus of theorists and practitioners. It has been confirmed that team creativity is closely related to leadership behavior. To further clarify the role of leadership behaviors affecting team creativity and compare prediction, the questionnaires was employed for collecting data, then hierarchical regression analysis was used for 125 teams date, the results showed that transactional leadership, transformational leadership and shared leadership on team creativity had a significant positive effect. Through comparative analysis, the results showed that the positive effect of transformational leadership on team creativity is stronger than transactional leadership; the positive effect of shared leadership is stronger than transactional leadership and transformational leadership.
