低碳经济是我国当今社会经济发展的必然要求。作为我国社会经济发展和节能减排的重要微观主体,企业必须遵循低碳经济发展模式,依据低碳经济理念实施管理变革,创建低碳管理体系。本文界定了企业低碳管理的内涵及要素体系,认为低碳管理是指企业依据低碳理念,以效益和责任相统一为目标,以低碳技术为核心,降低企业能耗,实现资源高效利用和经济与环境双赢的管理模式。并采用比较研究的方法对比分析了传统企业管理模式与低碳管理模式下企业文化、战略管理和企业职能管理的区别。

Low-carbon economy is the inevitable requirement of China’s current socio-economic development. As the important microscopic principal of China’s socio-economic development and energy conservation, enterprises must adhere to the development model of low-carbon economy, implement the management reform and create a low-carbon management system based on the concept of low-carbon economy. This paper defines the connotation and elements of enterprises low-carbon management, and points out that low-carbon management is based on the low-carbon concept and low-carbon technology, aimed at unifying the benefits and responsibilities, to reduce energy consumption of enterprises, and to realize the management model that efficient use of resources and economic and environmental win-win. Using the method of comparative study, the difference between corporate culture, strategic management and corporate functions management under the traditional enterprises management mode and the low carbon management mode are analyzed.
