随着我国创新方法工作的深入开展,如何对区域创新方法推广绩效进行客观而准确地量化评价研究成为重要研究内容。本文从政府、高校及科研院所、科技服务中介机构、企业四个主体作用发挥的角度,以结构方程模型为分析工具,构建了区域创新方法推广绩效评价模型。该模型为区域科学评价创新方法绩效提供了一个量化研究方法,对区域更好地推广和应用创新方法具有一定指导意义,以山东省为例进行了实证应用分析。

Along with the promotion and application of innovation methods in region, how to evaluate the performance of innovation methods objectively and accurately become an important research content. Considering the function of the objects (government, universities, research institutes, science and technology service agencies, enterprise, etc.), this paper builds a model about the performance evaluation of innovation methods in region based on structural equation modeling. The model provides a scientific evaluation method to regional performances and can indicate the direction for further regional work. The paper takes the performance of Shandong province as an example to the application analysis.
