新疆生产建设兵团科技竞争力实证分析及对策研究

摘要:

科技竞争力是反映科技方面重要的测量指标,通过科技投入、科技产出及科技对经济和社会的影响综合反映兵团科技竞争力。选取2012年新疆生产建设兵团十三个师为研究对象,构建三层24个指标,对兵团科技竞争力指数进行测定,并对其进行排序,得出结论：第八师、建工师和第一师排在前列,指数均在100以上；第九师排在最后,指数在为46.61。最后依据测算结果,在科技投入,科技产出,科技效力三个方面针对兵团不同发展程度提出对策建议,为促进兵团科技竞争力提供借鉴意义。

Abstract:

Competitiveness in science and technology is an important measure of science and technology, through science and technology input, output and efficacy . Select 13 division in 2012, the xinjiang production and construction corps as the research object, build three layers of 24 indicators, to determination of corps of competitiveness index in science and technology, and carries on the sorting, draw the conclusion: the eighth division, the construction division and the first division are the top division, which index above 100;the ninth division is the last one, which index is 46.61. Finally on the basis of calculation results, we suggest three aspects countermeasure from input ,output and efficacy, in order to promote corps competitiveness in science and technology to provide reference.
