本文在分析非研发创新内涵的基础上,对信息技术服务、互联网和数字媒体等行业里有一定代表性的上海企业的非研发创新活动进行了实证分析,并结合当下其他著名互联网企业的实践,归纳出企业非研发创新活动的四个主要特点,并提出科技管理部门支持企业非研发创新活动的建议。

Based on the connotation of non-R D innovation, this article conducted an empirical analysis on enterprises’ non-R D innovation activities from ICTs, internet industry and digital media industry in Shanghai, and summarized four main characteristics of those kinds of innovation, in the end it also put forward some policy suggestions about how to support enterprises’ non-R D innovation.
