我国各省科技服务绩效评价研究-以科学普及为例

Studying on the science and technology service performance evaluations about the provinces in China- taking the popularization of science as an example

摘要:

以我国各省为研究对象,依据2012年中国科技统计年鉴科学普及统计选取科技服务科普专职人员、兼职人员、科技馆数量等结果指标,采用主成分分析法,通过降维提取综合评价因素并实施评价,研究发现,我国各省科学普及整体发展水平不均衡,共分为4类,江浙地区发展较好,西部地区发展较差,同时针对我国科技普及发展现状提出了相应的建议。

Abstract:

Thinking the provinces in our country as the research object,according to the 2012 Chinese statistical yearbook the popularization of science on science and technology to selecting professional science technology services staff, part-time personnel, science and technology museum etc as the results indexs,using the method of principal component analysis,by reduction extracting comprehensive evaluation factors to evaluate,the study found provincial Science popularizing the overall level of development is not balanced,it is divided into 4 categories,Jiangsu and Zhejiang area are better,the developments of the western regions is poor,at the same time putting forward the corresponding suggestions for the popularization of science and technology development in China.
