Abstract:With the establishment of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone (CSPFTZ), the remanufacturing network design of multinational enterprise is studied, especially for infrastructure integration of disassembly center and remanufacturing center in CSPFTZ. For remanufacturing industry, Free Trade Zone (FTZ) has upgraded in import tariff, customs performance, timeliness of shipments and so on. Taking the maximum operating profit and the highest Logistics Performance Index (LPI) as objectives, an optimization model involving recovery ratio reflected by dynamic pricing is built to study the collection strategies and specific logistics network layout of remanufacturing enterprise. Our conclusions show that although setting up disassembly center in CSPFTZ will have a agglomeration effect by improving the economic benefits and logistics performance of the remanufacturing logistics network, that will also restrict the industry scale of the local remanufacturing center and not generate cluster effect, further more, the remanufacturing center in CSPFTZ will fade away along with the increase of the goal weight of LPI.
