天津产业金融中心发展思路与对策

The idea and countermeasure of the industrial finance center development of Tianjin

摘要:

金融必须扎根于实体经济，离开实体经济的金融衍生品创新，只是空中楼阁，最终经济泡沫破灭引发金融危机。产业金融将产业与金融两大部门统一在产业金融这一框架下，为金融对接实体经济，金融支持实体经济结构调整提供一条出路。自2006年天津滨海新区成为全国综合配套改革试验区以来，天津被委以成为中国第三个经济增长引擎的重任，因此天津的金融发展任重而道远。本文从天津打造产业金融中心的思路出发，重点突出产业金融与实体经济的对接问题，到完善、优化相应的配套金融生态环境，最后再度强调天津市打造产业金融中心的定位问题。

Abstract:

Finance must be rooted in the real economy,financial derivatives innovation without the basis of real economy is the castle in the air. In the end the burst of the economic bubble will trigger a financial crisis. Meanwhile China’s economy development is no longer rapid, and has entered the phase of structure adjustment. In such international and domestic background, industrial finance research is particularly necessary. In 2006, Tianjin Binhai New Area became a national comprehensive reform pilot area, and began to build the financial industry economic circle, which provides us a good example to do the research of industrial finance. The paper starting from the idea of Tianjin industrial finance center construction, focused on the industrial finance docking with real economy, to improving and optimizing financial ecological environment, finally once again emphasizes positioning problem of building Tianjin into industrial finance center.
