本文基于投入产出分析视角,利用投入产出表中丰富的产业间中间流量信息,研究我国仪器仪表制造业的产业特性、上下游产业关联环境。研究发现仪器仪表制造业对经济的辐射、带动能力要远远高于我们所认识的程度；从关联产业的角度来看,仪器仪表行业与知识密集型服务业以及高技术产业的上下游关联程度不高,阻碍产业创新力的提高。因此,需要提高对仪器仪表制造业战略性地位的重视,从加强产业与知识密集型服务员的融合、完善产业发展公共政策等方面,促进我国仪器仪表制造企业的自主创新能力。

The paper studies the characteristics and associated environment of instrument manufacturing industry in china, making use of the rich information of flow between industries in input-output table. The analysis found that: the instrument manufacturing industry could drive and radiate the economy much higher than the level of what we know; degree of association between instrumentation manufacturing industry and knowledge-intensive services and high-tech industries are not high, which hinder the innovation power of the industry. Therefore, it’s needed to improve the strategic importance of instrumentation manufacturing status, strengthen the integration of knowledge-intensive industries, improve public policies to promote independent innovation capability of our instrument manufacturing companies.
