基于知识互补性的产学研协同创新：一个创新收益模型

Research on Industry－University－Research Institute Collaborative Innovation Based on Knowledge Complementarity: an Innovation Revenue Model

摘要:

基于知识互补性的视角,构建了产学研协同创新收益模型,对知识互补性转化为现实协同创新的条件进行了研究。通过理论研究、数值模拟和实例分析论证了产学研最优劳动资源的配置与专业化经济之间的正向关系,互补性知识的积累程度、互补性知识的协调效率、互补性经济程度对产学研协同创新的影响,阐释了产学研异质组织之间实现有效合作与协同创新的充分必要条件,并在此基础上提出了推动我国产学研协同创新的政策建议。

Abstract:

An IUR revenue collaborative innovation model researching the transformation conditions from knowledge complementarity to the actual behavior of collaborative innovation is proposed from the perspective of knowledge complementarity. The forward relations between the most superior labor resources disposition of IUR and the specialized economy and the influences of accumulation degree and coordinated efficiency of supplementary knowledge, complementarity economical degree on the IUR collaborative innovation are proven based on theoretical research, data simulation and analysis of equilibrium results. This paper explains sufficient and necessary conditions of achieving effective cooperation among different heterogeneity organizations. Moreover, based on these conditions, recommendations promoting our IUR collaborative innovation are proposed.
